  • Estimates are subject to change if “unforeseen site conditions” (e.g., hidden pipe corrosion) are discovered during work.

  • For small repairs: Payment is due immediately upon completion.
  • For large installations (e.g., new boilers): A deposit (usually 25–50%) may be required before work commences, with the balance due on completion.
