Welcome to DP Maxwell Plumbing & Heating Ltd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

  1. General By accessing this website and booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. The company D.P. Maxwell Plumbing & Heating Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 212560). Registered Office: 116 Cranleigh Drive, Whitfield, Dover, Kent, CT16 3NW.
  2. Service Provision & Gas Safety
  • All gas-related work is performed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.
  • We provide plumbing and heating services across Dover, Folkestone, Whitfield, and East Kent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
  1. Quotes and Estimates
  • Estimates provided over the phone are subject to a physical site inspection.
  • Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Any additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden pipework issues) will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.
  1. Payments and Deposits
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For large-scale installations (e.g., full central heating or boiler swaps), a deposit for materials may be required before work commences.

  1. Cancellations & Access
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • If we cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, a minimum call-out charge may apply.

  • Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., boilers) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and regular annual servicing.
  • DP Maxwell Plumbing & Heating Ltd is fully insured. However, we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from pre-existing faults in your plumbing or heating system.
